As we all know it is important to have good customer service and in-team performance. But the thing we have neglected so far is that a lot of you guys are sending invoices to your customers as well. Not every invoice is perfect and to make them easier to improve we bring you Invoice rating pages.
The main difference between the Invoice rating page and a clssic rating page is that you may create different Invoices within one rating page. Later you can filter the ratings in “Charts” and “Ratings” for the invoices.
To start creating a Invoice rating page go to “Settings” and “Create new rating page”. The three steps provided will guide you through the process of creating.
The first step is the same as with all rating pages. Important thing here is to set your rating page suffix representing the rating page as a whole.
In the second step you will be asked to create some objects to rate. To create one you just need to name it and choose URL suffix displayed in the link, specifying the object. These objects can be your invoices, but there is no limit in your creativity so you can use it for anything.
In the third step you will be able to view your rating page before it will be visible to your customers.
That’s it. Now just wait for some ratings and you are ready to step up your invoices. Have a nice reply!
Does, or will the, invoice rating link allow customers to rate the products on the invoice ?
So far the system works in a way that you may have more products on one invoice page, but these products have different pages. The reason for this is that we want to keep it simple.
