Do your agents rate themselves?

Have you ever wondered whether your employees did rate themselves in Nicereply? As much as you trust your support, there’s always a small portion of people always trying to cheat the system. They could rate their own emails and affect their overall average. We thought of this too and found some time to implement a small feature.

From now on, self-rating is not possible anymore. Or rather, it is possible but you will find out immediately. If it happens, something like this will appear among your ratings.

Now you can be sure now your best employees are truly the best. And also…you will find the bed ones as well.

And there’s more!

Apart from self-rating detection, there’s also another new feature you might’ve missed around the nicereply interface. Made especially for those of you who have an outstanding number of support agents and the account creation would be a painfull process to do by hand, we’ve implemented the possibility of importing your agents from a csv file. the only thing you need to do is provide a name, email and desired username. Find out more under your Settings tab.

Be sure to follow this blog for a great deal of news about Nicereply and let us know everything you want in the comments. Have a nice day!

i tested this today. it works – but only if the user is logged in. correct?

Hello Jim, it works also if the user is logged out, given he is using the same browser on the same computer. Even if he rated before he logged in for the first time, it is detected.

There is another cross browser implementation possible – use cookies stored by Flash, too.

Juraj, thanks for your suggestion. That is of course possible, but for now this feature is not that critical and we have a few other priorities. But thanks anyway!
