Get more ratings on your emails

To receive ratings on your emails is the most important thing when it comes to the purpose of Nicereply. From our experience we know that you don’t need to be a huge corporation to receive your ratings often. However, even some really big companies had problem with the lack of ratings. And in almost all cases the problem dwells in the position of the rating link in an email. So we did a little experimenting and this is what we found out:

When the link is left below the signature, the conversion is as low as around 1%, sometimes even lower. BUT, if you position the rating link above the signature, conversion rate climbs to somewhere between 7 and 10 per cent, and that’s a HUGE difference. Here’s a good example:

The more visible the link is, the higher conversion you achieve. We’ve also experimented with a small piece of HTML in the signature and just made the text a little bigger. The result: percentage of emails being rated was even a little higher:
