One look is now enough to know if everything works properly in your customer service. We are deploying a new beta feature: Word cloud. Word cloud basically takes all words from the ratings you get and puts them together into „cloud of words“. You can find this word cloud in the beta section „Labs“. This feature is only available for the company administrators.
Word cloud takes the most common words from your agents responses. More common words are bigger and the less commonly used are smaller. Hopefully your word cloud looks like this one:
