Recently, we have published few blogs about integrating Nicereply with other helpdesks. Sometimes, we still find importing your users to Nicereply too complicated and time-consuming, so we made a quick tool to import users just with a few clicks. You can use this festure with Desk.com or Zendesk. Go to Settings and then select Import users.

Currently, we offer three ways how to import users. First two are available for users desk.com and Zendesk, the third option is more generic – via a CSV file.
The procedure here is the same as with importing users from Zendesk. The only difference is that you are entering your desk.com url, Key and Secret instead of Zendesk credentials. If you don’t know how to figure out your Key and Secret log into Desk.com and go to Admin panel -> “Settings” -> “API” tab and add a new api application. More informations here.
Remember that you have to have Admin rights to your Desk.com account in order to import users.
We do not store your Desk.com credentials. They are only used during the import of users.
Zendesk
You just need to write down your Zendesk url, Your email, and Password. We will automatically generate random passwords for everyone and send those credentials to them by e-mail. You can run the bulk import every time you add new users to Zendesk. We will not delete your old users.
Remember that you have to have Admin rights to your Zendesk account in order to import users.
We do not store your Zendesk credentials. They are only used once during the import of users.
CSV file
We provide an easy CSV import if you have an outstanding number of users. The CSV file should consist of the following columns:
Full name, e-mail address, desired username
We will automatically generate a random password for everyone and send the credentials to them by email. You can run the bulk import every time you have new users. If a user in the CSV already exists, the line will be ignored. Bulk import is especially useful when importing users from helpdesk systems.
If you are still unsure how should your CSV file look like you can download an example here.
We are still working on adding new import possibilities with our partners. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any of your questions or suggestions via mail (feedback@nicereply.com) or leave a comment below.

Superb blog! Do you have any suggestions for aspiring writers?
I’m hoping to start my own site soon but I’m a little
lost on everything. Would you suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option?
There are so many choices out there that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any tips? Thanks a lot!
Hi! I’ve been reading your weblog for a long time now and finally got the courage to go ahead and give you a shout out from Humble Texas! Just wanted to say keep up the great job!
Thanks, an inspiring writer in the customer service area is for example Shep Hyken. You can find his blog here: http://www.Hyken.com
Free platforms are always good to start with, because as you work with it, you realize what are you actually looking for.
Good luck with your site!
Thanks, it is very pleasant to read your words!
