We call it the Certificate of customer satisfaction, because that’s what it really is. It works thanks to our great API and shows your company average rating so that everyone can see your support quality.
How to make it work?
The application is available on this page. The only thing you have to do is click “Add to my page”, choose your page and paste the API key into the field. Your public API key is available in your Nicereply settings (make sure it’s the public, not the private one).
