We know that everyone has his own style so we made it possible to adjust Nicereply’s rating pages to your image. You can add additional rating pages and customize them with different questions or rating types. Go to Settings and then Rating pages in left bar. Now, choose between editing your current rating pages or creating a new one.

If you wish to create a new rating page, you will need to create a suffix for it. Your new rating page URL will then look like this: http://nicereply.com/companyname.SUFFIX/name . To use this rating page simply replace an old rating page’s URL with the one above. For the suffix, please use only lower-case characters.
There are three important sections that you can customize in the rating page. The content of the rating page, the content of a “thank you” message shown after your customer rates your reply and then the overall design.
Content of the rating page
You have the option to choose from 2 templates, in German and English, to get you started. After taht, you need to choose between stars (1 to 10), smileys (1, 5 and 10) or thumbs rating (1 and 10). If you feel that requesting the customers name can discourage some people from rating, you can remove the field completely. You can also disable collecting IP addresses from your customers, but be aware that some functions won’t work then.
The “thank you” message
Give your customers the opportunity to share their happiness with the whole World through Twitter, Facebook or Google+. If you wish to, you can enable this feature only to the best ratings (fill the Share ratings higher with a limit number).
Design
Adjust the color scheme or upload a background image. You can also enter an address where the customers will redirected to after a few seconds.
